To ensure a comfortable and safe stay, please read and comply with the following rules and regulations.
- Booking and Check-in
- It is possible to make a reservation through our website, by phone or via short-term rental platforms.
- Check-in takes place from 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement with Properbook.
- Guests may be asked to show a valid ID at check-in.
- Terms of use
- The property is intended only for the number of persons specified in the booking. If this rule is broken, the Client will be charged an additional fee of PLN 200 for each additional person per night.
- Please keep the premises and the whole property tidy and well maintained. Any damage or faults must be reported to Properbook immediately.
- Smoking and the use of open flames in the premises is strictly prohibited. Violation of the ban, entitles Properbook to impose a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
- Pets are only allowed on the premises by prior arrangement. Violation of this point, entitles Properbook to impose a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their pets, the maintenance of cleanliness and any damage caused as a result of a pet being on the premises.
- Parking
- Guests who have purchased an offer that includes parking or who have purchased the parking option are entitled to receive a parking card allowing them to enter the designated parking area – the address of the parking area was indicated, among other things, in an email from Properbook.
- In order to use the car park you must collect your parking ticket from the Suite.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not collect your parking ticket upon entry! – Collecting a parking ticket prevents you from leaving the car park later using your parking card. It is necessary to pay for the ticket collected. - If the parking card is lost or destroyed, the Guest must immediately report this to Properbook.
- The fee for losing or destroying a parking card is PLN 50.00.
- Properbook does not guarantee the availability of spaces in the OFF Parking S2 car park and advises that it is not possible to book a space in advance. Lack of available parking spaces does not constitute grounds for a refund of the parking fee.
- At check-out, the Guest must return the parking card by leaving it in a visible place in the Apartment or by giving it directly to a Properbook employee.
- The Guest is obliged to read and abide by the rules and regulations of the car park is not responsible for the actions of the Guest or the services provided by the car park operator.
- Silence at night
- Curfew applies from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours.
- In the event of non-compliance with generally accepted norms of social coexistence, disturbance of neighbours, Properbook reserves the right to immediately terminate the Booking with immediate effect, with no obligation to refund the unused time of stay.
- Security
- Please lock the front door and close the windows when you are away from the Apartment.
- When leaving the Suite, close the door by pressing the ◄ symbol on the electronic lock keypad.
- In the event of a fire or other emergency, please notify the relevant services and Properbook immediately.
- Equipment and Media
- The flat is equipped with the necessary equipment and appliances, a list of which can be found on a separate document (‘Equipment List’).
- If you have any problems with the operation of your equipment, please contact Properbook.
- Waste
Please segregate your waste according to the rules of your location. - Responsibility
- Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the flat and the entire property during their stay.
- In the event that the condition of the Apartment after the Guest’s check-out requires cleaning beyond the standard scope, Properbook reserves the right to charge a fee for so-called oversized cleaning. The amount will be determined on the basis of an assessment of the condition of the Apartment, the extent of the work required and the number of service hours.
- In the event that the amount of damage exceeds the value of the penalty or surcharge stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, Properbook reserves the right to claim damages on a general basis.
- Properbook is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal property.
- Cancellation and Shortening of Stay
- In case of cancellation, please inform Properbook immediately. The conditions for cancellation are set out in the booking contract.
- A shortened stay does not entitle to a refund of the fee for unused days.
